You must be a graduate and apart that you must complete the Net test
The National Eligibility Test (NET) is the national level entrance examination in India for postgraduate candidates who wish to qualify for admission in Ph.D research and/or university level teaching jobs in India. For the humanities and art discipline it is administered by the University Grants Commission (refereed as "UGC NET") while for the science and engineering discipline it is jointly conducted by Council of Scientific and Industrial Research (CSIR) and University Grants Commission ("CSIR-UGC" NET)
Good Luck..................................
yes you are eligible for college teaching but inspite of all these things good communication skill must be there without it you are not able to crack the interview.
you have not mention that you are having the fluency in english or not?
perfection in subject also necessary so because at the time of interview cross question would be there
so with all these criterion self confidence and knowledge also required
Thanks

You can appear for NET and SLET exams and if you are able to compete then you may get a position in any Central level or State level university.
The NET exam is held every year twice in month of June and December. This exam is conducted by UGC. You can check UGC site for details of the examination conducted.
Also there are several private colleges which may directly interview you can select you for lecturer.
Master's degree i.e. B.Ed from any recognized university / college of India.
The minimum % required is 55 %.
However there is 5% relaxation for the SC/ST categories.
So , I think that you do not fall into the eligibility criteria .

Dear friend
To become a teacher You can apply in any university for the post of Asst. Professor
and as you also have the teaching experience you will get the
priority over the other candidates applying for the samepost.
Also there is no need to appear for NET examination as it is generally
given by the students to apply for Ph.D. degree.
SO GO FOR Ph.D.
You can also apply for Kendriya Vidyalaya PGT(English) post as you fulfill
the criteria and your work experience of school teaching for 6 years will
surely go in your favor for getting the job.

My dear friend i am sorry to say that your percentage of marks are very less to become a college teacher. So you can not apply for the NET.
But Your B.Ed percentage is good so you can become an elementary teacher by doing ETT (Elementary Teachers Training)
So it all depends on you now.
If you want to be a lecturer in College then further you will have to do P.hd and score good marks.
Then you can become a college lecturer.
Otherwise there is no way of doing so my friend.
So i wish you the Best.
Regards
tanveersandhu.
