XIMB stands for the Xavier Institute of Management, Bhubaneswar and the institute is one of the popular B-Schools in the nation that owes its origin to the social contract between the Orissa Jesuit Society and the Government of Orissa. Right from its inception in the year 1987, the institute has been offering quality management education. The institute offers AICTE approved Post Graduate Diploma in Management course for which it conducts entrance test, which is called as XIM PGDM Entrance Test.

Selection process for PGDM course offered by XIMB:

Xavier Institute of Management, Bhubaneswar will decide the section-wise and total cut-off marks that will be used for short-listing of candidates to be called for GD and PI, which will be held at Mumbai, Kolkata, Delhi, Chennai, Bhubaneswar and Bangalore. Final selection of candidates will be made according to the performance of candidates in CAT/XIMB PGDM entrance test as well as GD and PI.

Pattern of XIMB PGDM Entrance Test:

The question paper will have three sections namely section 1, 2 and 3. Section 1 will have questions from general knowledge, section 2 will have questions from English usage and reading comprehension and section 3 will have questions from Mathematics + Data Interpretation. Section 1 will have 60 questions, section 2 will have 80 questions and section 3 will have 60 questions, which should be completed in 40 minutes for each section respectively.
