University of Kerala or Kerala University is an affiliating university offering education from the capital city of the state of Kerala, Trivandrum. The university is the 16th University to be established in India with its name as University of Travancore. When the university was established 10 colleges in the then state of Travancore, which were working under Madras University were brought under this university. The university presently has its jurisdiction the districts of Alappuzha, Kollam, Thiruvananthapuram and some parts of the Pathanamthitta District. Colleges functioning in these colleges are working under the affiliation of this university.

B. Com from Kerala University:

The Bachelor of Commerce course extends to a period of three years and the university recently introduced a new syllabus for this course.

Capital Market Paper:

Previous Capital Market paper was offered in the First year of the Bachelor of Commerce course as Paper III and according to the new syllabus, this paper is being offered in the Final year of the course as Paper XIII.

Pattern of Capital Market Paper:

According to the new scheme, question paper for capital market subject will have three sections. Section A will have 12 questions out of which any 10 questions are to be answered by students. Each question in this section carries 2 marks and therefore total mark allotted to this section is 20. Section B will have 12 questions out of which any 8 questions are to be answered by candidates. Each question in this section carries 5 marks thereby making a total of 40 marks. Section C will have four questions out of which any two are to be answered. Each question in this section carries 20 marks thereby making 40 marks in total for this section.
