    The Post-Graduate Engineering Common Entrance Test (PGECET) is conducted by the Government of Andhra Pradesh to admit suitable candidates to post graduate degrees like M.E. or M. Tech or M. Pharm. or M. Arch. or M. Plg. Successfully qualified candidates are admitted to the course of their choice in one of the several colleges of Andhra Pradesh offering these degrees. The current control of conducting this exam lies with Osmania University, Hyderabad.

    Exam pattern:

    PGECET is held in different domains for candidates of different educational background of the bachelor’s degree. PGECET in Computer Science and Engineering is a popular exam and is hugely taken by students every year.

    Duration of Computer Science and Engineering paper in PGECET Exam:

    The paper of Computer Science and Engineering is allotted a duration of two hours. Within this time limit, a candidate needs to answer 120 objective type questions by selecting the correct alternative from a set of given alternatives for each question.

    Scoring pattern:

    Candidates are awarded full marks for each correct answer.
