    Download Oriental Bank of Commerce Probationary Officer Exam English Section Previous Years Question Papers

    Oriental Bank of Commerce, otherwise called as OBC is operating from the city of New Delhi and the headquarters of the bank is located in this city in addition to several other regional offices at various cities in India like Karnal, Kolkata, Lucknow, Ludhiana, Mumbai, Patiala, Patna, Pune, Rohtak, Sriganga Nagar, etc… The bank offers opportunities aspiring candidates to enter the banking sector by conducting probationary officer recruitments through its PO Recruitment exam.

    Pattern of PO Exam conducted by the Oriental Bank of Commerce:

    Oriental Bank of Commerce recruits candidates to the position of PO based on the performance of candidates in this written examination followed by interview. The written examination is conducted in two papers being objective paper and descriptive paper.

    About Objective Paper:

    The objective paper as the name implies will have multiple-choice questions and there will be 225 questions in total and this is divided as follows:

    • 50 Questions from General Awareness
    • 50 Questions from English
    • 75 Questions from reasoning ability
    • 50 questions from Quantitative aptitude

    Duration of objective paper:

    The maximum duration allowed for completion of objective papers is 135 minutes and candidates can finish the aforesaid sections in any order of their interest and there is no specific time limit for each section mentioned earlier.

    Question Papers pattern for English section:

    The English section of probationary officer exam conducted by the Oriental Bank of Commerce tests the English writing ability through comprehensive type of questions, questions pertaining to synonyms and questions pertaining to grammar.
