    Download NET Comparative Study of Religions (Paper II) Exam Previous Years Question Papers

    The National Eligibility Test is the full form of the term NET and this test is conducted by the National Eligibility Testing Bureau of the UGC. The purpose behind this test is awarding of Junior fellowship and lectureship position to succeeding candidates in appropriate subjects in universities and colleges functioning under the purview of the University Grants Commission.

    NET streams:

    NET is being conducted in different streams like languages, humanities, social science, forensic sciences, environmental sciences, computer applications and computer science and electronic sciences. There are 94 optional subjects for the candidates to choose from and each of these optional subjects will have two papers being Paper II and Paper III.

    About Comparative Study of Religion:

    On the basis of the marks secured by candidates in NET Comparative Study of Religions, they will be selected for lectureship position in this subject and the syllabus for this subject is divided into 8 units together for paper II and Paper III as follows:

    Nature and scope of religion
    Major religions common aspects and themes

    Previous years question papers:

    NET examination is being conducted by UGC twice in a year during the month of May/June and again in the month of December. Past question papers of both June and December examination of NET comparative study of religions are given in the attachment.
