Advanced Level Courses in Computer Science shortly called as ALCCS course is a three-year part-time course offered by the Institute of Electronics & Telecommunication Engineers and this course is being offered by the university with recognition from the Ministry of Human Resource Development of the Indian Government. This course is regarded as equivalent to the Master of Technology in Computer Science course offered in India. The course offers training to the students in areas like commercial, industrial and scientific software development. Both application-oriented and algorithmic development features are offered by the course.

Eligibility for admission:

For applying to the ALCCS course offered by the Institute of Electronics & Telecommunication Engineers, candidates must have completed their B.E/B. Tech/AMIE or AMIETE or any other equivalent qualification as prescribed by the institute. Candidates with other qualifications like MCA or M. Sc in the following subjects are eligible to apply to the course:

About Database Management Systems subject offered in ALCCS course:

Database management systems is one among the different papers offered in the ALCCS course and the paper has its code number as CS33. Examination for this paper will be conducted for 100 marks. The paper will have 7 questions out of which the first question should be compulsorily answered and any four questions from the remaining 6 should be answered.
