    Download Institute of Chartered Financial Analysts of India (ICFAI) MIFA Course Group D Equity Analysis & Valuation Exam Previous Years Question Papers

    MIFA, which stands for Master of Investment and Financial Analysis is the prominent course offered by the Institute of Chartered Financial Analysts of India. The course extends to a period of two years and there are six papers per year thereby making a total of 12 papers for the course. These 12 papers are divided into six groups with group A, B and C falling in the first year and Group D, E and F falling in the second year of the course.

    Eligibility for admission:

    For seeking admission to the MIFA course offered by ICFAI, candidates must have completed their UG degree with not less than 55% of marks. Students can apply for this course either manually or they can also apply through the web portal of the institution.

    About Group D:

    Group D falls as the first group in the second year of MIFA course and this group includes the following papers:

    • Equity Analysis & Valuation
    • Fixed income securities Analysis & Valuation

    Final examinations for both these papers are conducted for 100 marks each, thereby making a total of 200 marks for this group.

    Question paper pattern for Equity Analysis & Valuation paper:

    The question paper will have questions under Section A, B and Section C. Section A is called as basic concepts and this section carries 30 marks, Section B is called problems/caselet and this section carries 50 marks and section C is called applied theory, which carries 20 marks thereby making a total of 100 marks.
