For applying to this course, candidates must have completed their B. Sc or its equivalent degree with first class under 10+2+3 stream. Candidates with higher qualifications are not eligible to apply and candidates must have studied mathematics as a subject at their degree level and the degree can be B. Math/B. Stats/BA/B. Sc/B. Tech/B.E.

Selection procedure:

Selection of candidates will be based on their performance in selection test, which includes written test and interview.

o Vector Space

• Geometry
o Two-dimensional co-ordinate geometry
o Three-dimensional co-ordinate geometry
o Vector algebra and vector calculus
o Calculus and Analysis
o Differential equations

Marking System of entrance test:

The entrance test will be multiple choice format and there will be four options for each question. 2.5 mark will be allotted for each correct answer and there will be deduction of 0.5 mark for each wrong answer.
