    ICWAI course is offered as one of the professional courses in the field of accountancy like CA course and the course is divided into different levels like foundation, intermediate and final.

    About Final stage of ICWAI course:

    Final stage of ICWAI course has two stages namely final stage III and stage IV and this is according to the 2003 syllabus of ICWAI course. According to the 2008 syllabus, parts in the final level are called as group III and Group IV instead of Stage III and Stage IV.

    Papers in Final Stage IV (2003 Syllabus):

    According to the 2003 syllabus, final stage IV has the following four papers:

    Cost Audit and Management Audit
    Management Accounting Decision Making
    Management Accounting Financial Strategy and reporting
    Valuations Management and Case Study

    Syllabus of Valuations Management and Case Study paper:

    Syllabus for this paper is divided into two sections according to which section I is valuation management and this section is conducted for 70 marks. Section II is case study and this section is conducted for 30 marks thereby making a total of 100 marks for the final stage IV examination of ICWAI course.

    Pattern of Valuation Management and case study paper:

    This paper will have eight questions out of which any five are to be answered by candidates apart from question No.1, which is a compulsory question. Total marks allotted is 100 and the paper should be completed with a duration of three hours.

    Previous years question papers:

    Even though, this paper is not offered according to the 2008 syllabus, candidates can refer this paper for Business Valuation Management paper offered in the final group IV of ICWAI course according to the current syllabus from the previous years question papers attached.
