The course of CS Executive Group 2 is widely pursued and has tremendous future too if qualified. One of the important papers of this course is the paper of Company Law. This paper is absolutely relevant and required for this course. This paper carries total marks of 100. A total of six questions are to be answered including question one which is a compulsory one. The paper contains a total of eight questions.

Duration of Company Law paper in CS Executive Group2 exam:

The allotted duration for this paper is three hours. Time management must be done efficiently to score well in this paper.

Scoring pattern:

Answers with required logic and good information content fetch a good score. Illogical concepts should not be applied while answering.
