    The duration of Bachelor of Technology in Mechanical Engineering is four years and it is divided into eight semesters. The sixth semester of Mechanical Engineering course includes the following subjects:

    Tool Engineering and Design
    CAD/CAM
    Thermal Engineering Lab

    About CAD/CAM subject in the Sixth semester of B. Tech Mechanical Engineering:

    The code number of this subject is ME 606 and it has four modules that are mentioned below:

    Module I Fundamentals of CAD
    Module II Computer Numerical Control
    Module III Design Features of CNC Machines
    Module IV - Basic Concepts of Robotics

    Pattern of question paper for CAD/CAM Paper:

    The maximum marks allotted for the paper is 100 and the paper should be completed within a duration of three hours. There will be 10 questions in total given in either or format and students will have to answer any one question from each either or thereby they will have to answer five questions.
