    BEL is expanded as Bharat Electronics Limited and this is a state-owned electronics company with few regional offices and nine factories in India. The company is owned by the Government of India and it is primarily engaged in the manufacture of advanced electronic products for the armed forces of India. It is one of the eight public sector undertakings working under the Ministry of Defence of Indian Government and the company has earned Navratna Status.

    Recruitment by BEL:

    Almost every year in the month of June or July, Bharat Electronics Limited conducts recruitment examination for recruitment of freshers for the position of Graduate Engineers and about 150 engineers are appointed through this recruitment examination.

    Pattern of recruitment examination conducted by BEL:

    In the process of recruitment, there will be written test and interview and the general pattern for the written test is that the question paper will have questions from aptitude section and technical section with the marks divided as follows:

    The aptitude section will have 30 questions with each question carrying one mark. Aptitude section will have questions from logical reasoning, data interpretation, grammar and passage comprehension
    The Technical Section will have 120 questions with each question carrying one mark. The Technical section includes computer science, mechanical and electronic engineering subjects.

    Scoring Pattern:

    Totally combining both these sections there will be 150 questions with the paper weighing 150 marks to be completed in two-and-half hours. There will be negative marking of 0.25 marks for every wrong answer.
