in professional universities backlogs will effect......
any way current backlogs are seen at the time of your interview....i.e in you 4th year,or 3-2..
so concentrate on your future subjects and get cleared at the time.....
understanding of only core subjects is not enough to get good programming skills......1 or 2 backlogs may be considered or no backlogs....
some times it depends on company profile.....
