Doing B.Sc in Animation has a good scope. You need to practice more of Photoshop, Adobe Dreamweaver, Flash CS5 and various other Multimedia. Well you In the Movie AVATAR most of them were Indian animators. SO you have a Bright future in India and as well abroad. As this is the age of 3D we have various 3D films which make use of animations and they recruit animators for doing this job.

Well,
Currently B.Sc. in animation does not have good future in India on an average. The reason I am mentioning on an average, because, on an average it is seen that quite a number of people are not able to grasp the essence of the course properly. Either there is a lack of creativity or passion or understanding the software as a whole, that a section of people when go from animation courses and try to join graphic designing companies, then they do not get selected due to the above problems I mentioned. Also the companies want some professional people who can work professionally and will know all the professional aspects of the software. Now for that you would require a proper college in your locality that gives you proper knowledge on the subject and also prepares you professionally for your jobs.
