In computer science job at railway are avilable.but why you are interested only at railway.
all processing and control of singlas at every station is by computer engineer.
you should apply as application for the post of computer engineer whenever publish of reqruiment.you should also contact with officer of railway so that you can get clear idea about your confusion.
the criteria is only qualification of B.E. degree from recognized universtiy and you must satisty the condition and rules of it.
