Re: Details about the Company Secretary course

Both the graduation streams will be helpful for you to pursue the Company Secretary course. Since you have already completed graduation you need not appear for the foundation course. You can directly enroll for the next level i.e. Executive level. Thereafter there is the professional level. You will also need to go in for practical training thereafter. You need to send an application for the same to ICSI for the prospectus or you can collect it from the office. If you plan to send a demand draft it should be for Rs 250/- or else if you plan to collect it directly you will need to pay Rs 200/-. You need to decide whether you would like to appear for the exam in June or December.

Re: Details about the Company Secretary course

I think you are referring to Company secretary course. If so, then you have to register for the examination. The exam is held in the month of December and June every year. Graduates from any of the discipline, apart from Fine Arts, are exempted from the Foundation Exam. Candidates with ICAI or ICWAI are also allowed to join to the next level without appearing the foundation exam. Students who have cleared this step can now register in the Professional executive course. They have to register their names with the Indian institute of company secretary’s chapter. The candidates who have successfully completed these courses can join as Company Secretary in any organisation.

    my dear,
you could opt for cs program after completing your 12th.

there are three levels in cs-

    -foundation level
    -executive level
    -professional level

so if you are under graduation then you must opt for first level and if you are a graduate person then you could directly opt for second level that is executive level.

    good luck !!
