Punjab Teacher Eligibility Test.

Educational Eligibility :

The minimum qualification required for class 1 to 5 is Senior Secondary or its equivalent with at least 50% marks and passed or appearing in final 2 year Diploma in Elementary Education or its Equivalent .
(OR)
Senior Secondary or its equivalent with at least 50% marks and passed or appearing in final 4 year Bachelor of Elementary Education B. El. Ed.


The minimum qualification required for class 6 to 8 is B.A./B.Sc and passed or appearing in final 2 year Diploma in Elementary Education or its equivalent.
(OR)
Senior Secondary or its equivalent with at least 50% marks and passed or appearing in final 4–year BA/B.Sc. Ed or B.A. (Ed.)/B.Sc. (Ed.).

Application Fee Details:

>>Non-refundable Bank Demand draft for Rs 500/- for GEN/OBC candidates and Rs 300/- for SC/ST.

>>If you are intend to appear for both papers 1 and 2 the fee will be Rs 1000/- for GEN/OBCand Rs 600/- for SC/ST in favor of Director, CDAC, Mohali, payable at Mohali/Chandigarh.

Date of Exam is 29/1/2012. There is two paper is conducted on that date. Paper I is on the time 10:30 to 11:30 am. That’s duration 1:30 hours and IInd Paper is conducted on the time 1:00 pm to 2:30 pm. That’s duration is 1:30 hours.
