The June term CS Foundation Course examination of year 2012 shall be conducted from
2nd June 2012 to 5th June 2012.

The timing of examinations would be 9:00 am to 12:00 noon.

English and Business Communication on 2nd June 2012.
Economics and Statistics on 3rd June 2012.
Financial Accounting on 4th June 2012.
Elements of Business Laws and Management on 5th June 2012.

If there is any change in this schedule it shall be notified on ICSI website.

hello friend see Company Secretaryship course is divided into three sections. Foundation, Executive, and Professional Program
Foundation Programme :
Duration of the Foundation Course is 8 months excluding the months of admission and the examination. Students are required to pass the Foundation examination within 3 years from the date of their admission. Candidates who have passed senior secondary (10+2) or equivalent recognized by Central Government can apply for the Foundation course. Registration for Foundation course is open through out the year. The exams for the Foundation course are held in December and June.

4th June 2012
5th June 2012

The timing of examinations would be 9:00 am to 12:00 noon.

.you may know that every company having paid up share capital of rs.50 million or more to appoint a qualified company secretary .you have to do hard work to achieve this course,
there are three stages in this course
foundation course,
intermediate course,
final course.
eligibility for the foundation course.
you have to pass the 10+2 recognized by the central or state government,
you have have any group like MPC,MEC,BIPC.....in your intermediate.
you should have minimum age is 17 to write this exam.
final level course is an 10months course you have to pass the intermediate level to go for the final course.

module-2,

• financial, treasury and Forex management,
• corporate restructing and insolvency,

module-3,

• strategic management ,alliances and international trade,
• advanced tax laws and practice,

module-4,

• due diligence and corporate compliance management,
• governance ,business ethics and sustainability,
• the syllabus for the CS final course is

group-1

• advanced company law and practice,
• secretarial management and systems audit,
• secretarial practice relating to economic laws and drafting and conveyancing,

group-2

• banking and insurance laws and practice ,

the examinations are conducted twice in a year:-
