D Y Patil AIET B Tech test is conducted for those students who wish to join for courses like Biomedical Engineering, Biotechnology, bioinformatics etc which is a combination of both technology and biology under D Y Patil University.

Structure and Pattern of D Y Patil AIET B Tech test

Like any other entrance examination D Y Patil AIET B Tech test is also objective type where the candidate can choose the right answer from the options given. The questions are asked from the following areas:

• Chemistry
• Physics
• Mathematics
• Biology
• Computer

The time given for the candidate to attend 150 questions is two hours and no mark is reduced for wrong answers.

Qualification Criteria for D Y Patil AIET B Tech test

The candidates who pass their twelfth class with science subjects as option including physics, chemistry along with maths and chemistry can apply for the exam if they have a total aggregate of 50% for these. The candidates need to study English as well during the +2 stream. The candidate need to be 17 years of age at the time of examination as the minimum age limit as per the notification is 17 years.

The candidate can obtain the application form along with the information bulletin from which the information for filling the application can be understood. The candidate needs to read the bulletin carefully and need to avoid mistakes while filling the form. The application is in the form of OMR sheet and should be filled only with ball point pen or using pencil and they should enter the information only in block letters. The candidates should paste their recent photograph and need to sign in the appropriate columns provided. Any mistakes in the application can declare the candidate ineligible to write the exam. The application completely filled should be sent to the concerned authority and the candidate should keep a photocopy of the same.
