CPT exam is conducted in both offline or online mode.
You can choose which mode of exam you want to go for.
Off line mode exam is conducted in june & december.
Online mode exam is conducted in february & august.

Actually CPT(Common proficiency test) is an examination that is conducted by ICAI(Institute of chartered accountants of India).
The institute conducts this examination both offline and online.Those students who want to appear for the examination through
offline mode can appear for the exam which is conducted twice in a year in the month of June and December.
So, if you want to appear offline, you can do so but before that you have to firstly get registered and secondly you have
to fill the examination form which is issued one or two months before the scheduled date.

And you can also appear online.Ant student can appear online in any month by registering with the institute for this purpose.
