    Hello,
Well it is quite an impressive thing that you want to for IAS or Indian administrative services and that too you are planning at this stage. Well let me tell you that to become one you must be a graduate first and foremost. This is because the age criteria demands that a candidate who is appearing for IAS examinations is of minimum 21 years old. Although there is a relaxation of 5 years for the people belonging in the reserved category, but this does not apply for the general ones. You can be a graduate from any genre, and this is not a limitation in case of an IAS. Also while being in the final year of your graduation, you can also apply for the IAS examination.
To become a part of the IAS curriculum, you need to sit for the UPSC examination held from New Delhi. Once you clear the examinations, you will have to pass through the interview procedure.
Remember to clear the written examinations, you need a proper grooming. So if you are determined to become an IAS, start getting your grooming from some good coaching center.
