There are quite a few options available after B.Sc in Electronics and Hardware. You need to first decide whether you are interested in the hardware or the software side. If you are interested in going in for similar technical side then you could take up an M.Sc course. Only after completing the M.Sc course will you be able to go in for the M.Tech course. dear friend i happy to hear that you want to go for the higher studies after Bsc electronics,you can go for Msc electronics ,or you can go for the MBA in electronics , if you do your post graduation in the same field it will help you to secure your future ,

After completing b.sc you must go for m.sc as a masters degree.Mba is also as a option for you but doing m.sc will provide you a good platform.After completing m.sc you can apply for NET exam,once you cleared this exam you will be eligible for teaching,you can also go for research and development.

I feel you have to do MSC(electonics) and then you can do MTech(electonics) from good university.

b) science & teaching field:

c) management field :
