If you really want to repeat the course to get higher marks, you can proceed with that. But, you can join for higher studies with this percentage of marks. There may be certain colleges which will give admission for candidates who have scored below 50% marks. You can apply for higher study course in those institutes. M.Com is a good course option after B.Com. If you have an interest you can apply for CA course. Being a graduate you can enter IPCC level of CA. On the other hand, CS is also a good option after B.Com. ICWA is apt for those interested in cost and management accountancy after B.Com.

43% marks r not well.but some colleges give admission below 50%.
you should not repeat ur course because b.com is of 3 years .now ur graduate u can apply in diffrent filled,and govt. jobs based on graduation level.

As you have mentioned that your percentage in BCom is very low i.e. 43% in such a case i would suggest you to repeat or fill improvement exam as at such a low score no good university or college will be able to provide you admission in any course... So if you really wanted to pursue any good career you have bring your graduation percentage to atleast 50-55%.

As you have mentioned that you have secured 43% in class 12th i would suggest you to either repeat or fill improvement to increase your percentage. Because with such a low score you will not be having many options at hand.. And at the time of job interview also many companies shortlist candidates on their 12th scores also... And at this stage of life it would not be very difficult to repeat also and it is always better to regret now then later in future...

you have got 43% in 12th or in B.Com...
I will tell you the options in both...
If 43% in 12th then I suggest you to give the improvement paper and try to score atleast 50%, so that you become eligible for various different courses and competitive exams...
If 43% in B.com. then no need to repeat whole B.Com. give some improvement papers in which you can score good and bring your % to at least 55% cross....
Not a good option to repeat B.Com and waste your 3 years..

you have plenty of opportunities after completion of your graduation in B.Com,as you have mentioned your percentage if you interest in banking sector you can apply now itself for various posts such as probationary officer in various public and private sector banks.
In post graduation you must go for MBA and specialization muist be finance or banking depending upon your interest.

There are so many courses after completing your B.Com..
As you are from general course then you can go for M.Com which will be better for you..

You can also go for MBA which is also a better course for you..After completing your MBA you can easily get a good job..

You also can do Master in finance & control, LAW, TRADE.

So you have to be think in deep about that which you want to do, So it is depend upon your choice..
