For taking up jobs in banking sector you have to clear the written test and interview conducted by these banks. The topic covered in bank exams is quantitative aptitude, reasoning and general awareness, etc. It will be good if you take up a stream with mathematics as one of the subjects. This will help you to develop your skills in quantitative aptitude. The basic eligibility for appearing for clerk exam is to have passed 10th with minimum 60% marks. After graduation you can apply for office posts in various banks. You can start your preparation now itself as bank exams are highly competitive exams. You can also join coaching classes for better preparation.

Re: Which course should I prefer after 10th to get a job in banking sector?

There is no such particular course which can be opted by a candidate in order to directly join the banking sector.
Banking is a bright sector and there are immense opportunities for young and dynamic people.
In my opinion and to the best of my knowledge, you should select a stream based on your own interests and aspirations after completing
    your 10th standard.

After completing your higher secondary from the stream of your choice you should then go for various banking exams such as
banking clerk exams (as this is the only banking exam that you can appear after just completing your higher secondary) and if you firstly want to complete your graduation,
then you can do so and you can appear for other banking exams such as probational officer, specialist officer, etc.
