There are different courses which you can opt after completing BCA. The selection of the course should be on the basis of your interest and skills. If you are interested you can apply for the post graduation course in the same subject area. An MCA degree will help you to get in to the technical jobs. You should attend the entrance examination as part of the selection for the MCA course. MBA is also a good option. If you want to build your career in the field of management you can opt for MBA. You should attend the CAT/MAT or similar kind of exams for getting selection in to this course. On the basis of the score you secure in any of these exams, you will be short listed for GD and Interview. You can opt any of the above mentioned courses after evaluating the scope and the job opportunities associated with it.

After BCA its best to for MCA. Then for further studies and to apply for lectureship you can go for M.Tech.
Normally MCA courses have more people from other streams than from computer science or computer application. So being from a computer application stream you will have an advantage over others. You can opt for corporate jobs in technical fields(junior associate/ software developer, etc.)
after completing MCA. If your university has campus recruitments then befor completing MCA itself you'll have a job in your hand.

Later from that company you can do your MS and go abroad.

In My Opinion MBA is the best choice after completing BCA Course.I can suggest You to go for IT Management Or System Management Specialization in MBA Course after Completing BCA Course. But I can tell You If You do this specialization in Normal business Schools then it is impossible to get good opportunities. If you do This specializations in the Top ranked and reputed Business Schools then You will be having more chance to get good opportunities in the Top IT Companies. If Your MBA from Top IT Companies then You will be placed Directly in the Top Management and Middle level Positions. You will be appointed as a Project Managers in the top companies. So try to do this specialization from top management institutes.Try to get good knowledge in subjects then only You will be having chance to get good jobs.As You are a Computer Science Engineering,You are having complete idea about IT and Systems,It will be helpful for You for getting good opportunities in the top Soft Ware Companies. If You want to get admission in the Top Business Schools then You have to qualify in CAT Entrance examination.CAT is a Common Admission Test to be conducted by IIMs to get admission in to their management programs.Almost all the top business schools are accepting CAT Score. This is a National Wide online test.
