->as you complete your 10th class,then you should first go for 12th class with any stream like arts,commerce or science.
->if you interested in science then you can go for non-medical subjects(PCM) and medical subjects(PCB).
->if you are interested in doing b.a after 12th then you should go for arts or commerce.
->this whole depend upon your interest and your hard work.
