As you are a non medical student then you must be having
Physics, chemistry and maths as subjects.
So you shall go for engineering degree i.e; BE/BTech.
You can select among various branches and on compleating
your degree you can apply in both public as well as private
    sector companies.
There are lot of PSU's like ONGC, BSNL, BPCL,BHEL NTPC, Power grid etc.
You can appear for IES exams also which is held for recruiting
mechanical, civil, electrical and electronics engineers for various
    goverment departments like Railways etc.
Engineering is the best option as it will provide you with
    widest range of options .

Re: Which course to opt after completing +2(Non Medical) for better Job opportunities in Private and Govt sectors?

As you are from non medical field , the best career option for you is to opt for Engineering field as this is the option which can not only provide you with a handsome salary but also a
very good reputation in any organisation. There are a number of fields in the area of engineering which would never be outdated. For example some of them are
    CIVIL ENGINEERING-
This option s the most widely opted one among the people. Because of the reason that most of the developed as well as developing economies in the world always need new infrastructure
which could further enhance their potential. Infrastructure is needed for almost all developmental activities for example production of goods and services, generation of electricity,
for the purpose of agriculture( for example development of dams, etc), etc.Even many economists judge the profitability of a nation on the basis of good infrastructure.

    ELECTRICAL ENGINEERING-
This field also has a lot of opportunities as the need of generation of electricity would never end. For all the important developmental functions we need electricity for example for agriculture,
for producing milk products, etc. So for proper processing of all of these activities, you need to generate electricity at big scale and for that we require intelligence and knowledge of
    electrical engineers.

    ELECTRONIC AND COMMUNICATION ENGINEERING-
This is also n demand because of the reason that more and more people are nowadays attracted toward new technology. And as a result they purchase new and more advanced electronic devices
and so these electronic instruments are always in demand this creates the need to have more and more electronic and communication engineers in the organisation.

So, you can opt for any of the above options which can lead you to a successful career. There are opportunities available in both government as well as private sector for these kind of jobs.
Apart from that you can also opt for other courses not related to your field for example you can opt for BBA(Bachelor of Business Administration) if you have interests in management,
BCA(Bachelor of Computer Applications), or you do Travel and tourism, hotel management, event management, Aviation , etc depending upon your interests.
