Dear Friend,
Both courses having its own Importance.For Engineering you can complete it in 4 years , where as Medical MBBS is 5 year course and if you have to do MD for future development .But the fee will be less in Engineering when compareed to Medical.You have not mentioned your Intermediate group.Based on that you have to select .

If your intermediate group is M.P.C you can go for Engineering.If you are from Bi.P.C group you can go for MBBS.

Now a days girls are doing higher studies like boys only.You can select any field as per you interest.

i think it is completely depends on your thinking because we all know that both the course are the best course on their field but my suggestion is to you that the medical field is my secure then the engineering field at that time for girls because when you are take admission in the engineering and you will take the mechanical , civil or maybe electrical branch then whenever you will get a job you have to always work in the field because in most of the branches of engineering the work is on the field rather then the IT /CS branch which is not good for the girls you my suggestion is to you that you have to take admission in the medical field and safe your future.
