Better go for M pharma in the same field that will have great future ,as the market for the pharmaceutical companies in India is already good ,completing your M pharma will help you to enter good and reputated companies and you can expect handsome salary also after joining,You can option to go for MBA also.

Pharmacy is a very fast growing department in the field of medicine.After completing b.pharm course you will be having many opportunities as-can go for manufacturing of drugs,marketin.drug inspector,food inspector,quality control,as a analyst,can go for masters degree for bright future.My suggestion is that you must pursue m.pharm.To pursue m.pharm you have to appear in GPAT exam. GPAT-Graduate pharmacy aptitude test is conducted for m.pharm desiring students.This exam is conducted for only pharmacy graduate students.Gpat exam conducts exam every year.Firstly GATE conducted exams but from 2010 gpat is made to conduct exams. ELIGIBLITY-Eligiblity for gpat exam is required that a candidate must be graduate in pharmacy from a pci approved college and ugc recognized university with min.55 percent marks in graduation.

After completion of your b.pharmacy there are lots of option in which you can make your future...
