Which course is best between M.Sc and M.C.A after completing B.Sc mathematics if interested in both Mathematics and Computers?

    Hi,
Am pursuing B.Sc. Mathematics second year(# as on 27/12/2011) from a not-so-good college of The University of Delhi.[ Because of a little lower marks in the 12th grade.. but now performing much much better]
I want to do either M.Sc. Mathematics or M.C.A. after this. [as I am interested in both maths and computer science]
This year i did take a coaching for the JAM entrance for M.Sc. Maths in IIT.
But right now am not sure what to go for i.e. M.Sc. or M.C.A. ??
I would definitely love a job straight after Post graduation.
Also after doing job for a year or two, i would prefer to study further.

Please tell me which course to take on the basis of job and further studies (which i have mentioned above)
Because i need to join for the coaching as soon as possible, at least by the time my 3rd year commences.
    -Thank you

interested in computer does not mean that you will complete MCA easily.they will not teach you how to copy and paste, you have to learn computer languages which is very difficult work.many students take admission in MCA but they fail to pass it in given time, thus they earn backlogs instead of MCA degree.they do not get any job after MCA if they cannot understand the programming languages and their application.According to me Msc in mathematics is the best and safe way to earn and learn simultaneously.in msc you will be taught all the concepts in deep and detail if your college is good.if you get best faculty member to guide you then your mathematics will be strong more than expected.after msc you will get a job in colleges as well as in some R & D industries.postgraduate in mathematics get more respect as compared to MCA.you are from mathematics background so you will not face any problems in Msc.

you have mentioned that you had done bsc mathmatics so my opinion to you is to choose msc because in the earlier classes you have learnt that subject you have a grip on it.so you can do it well when compared to that computers which you didn't take any classes or coaching.in case if you feel that you should learn both streams then opt for msc because you may be learning computers also by taking coaching from others or by getting into good institution or by some other means where as msc cannot take like that as it involves a lot of preparation in mathematics and that the scope of job opportunities is very high in mathematics when compared with computers. in computers there may be ups and downs to get a job .in some situations the demand may be high.in some the demand may be low.but if you keep good interest in any stream i am telling you definitely you will success.
