    Hello Sujoy,
As you are pursuing your B.E in mechanical engineer the better option for you to choose shall be Germany where the revolution is very high.
To apply for top Germany universities you must have valid score of above 6.5+ in IELTS.
Your higher education percentages are well and good but the percentages in 10+2 may raise the risks of visa rejection rates but as you are having work experience that wouldn't matter a lot.
The process of getting good university shall depend upon the score in IELTS exam and also on the exposure you have in the field of engineering.

You shall also be eligible to get the DAAD scholarship with a minimum of 50% of tuition fee as a total refund as per the percentages you have quoted.
Once you have completed your higher education you get a working visa extension for just 6 months but not for 5 years.
You may continue extending your Visa if you are employed well and continue to work in foreign.

Yes recommendation letters shall also play a major role as they act as a reference and add up value to your profile. Get these letters from your department professors or else employers so that a high preference is provided to you.

    Regards.

    Hello everyone,
I am Sutapa, a final year student of B.tech Biotechnology. I want to pursue my higher studies abroad. I have secured the following marks
    B.tech biotechnoloy - 78% till VII semester
    XII- 71%
    X- 82%
Do I need to have any work experience in this field? Which country would be better in this regard? What are the other requirements to get admission in a good college abroad?
