no it is not compulsory to be a graduate....
well you can go for CA after your 12th....
you have to appear CPT after your 12th....
once you qualify CPT you have to appear the second round....on qualifying the second round you will take admission in your desired colleges to complete your articleship....
on completion of your articlship you have to appear your final exam within 6 months of completion of your articleship ....
