Central Institute of Psychiatry is one of the prominent institutes located in Ranchi (Jharkhand). Eligibility criteria of Central Institute of Psychiatry Ph.D. (Clinical Psychology)/ M.Phil (Medical & Social Psychology) Entrance Exam

The eligibility criterion for PhD and M.Phil course in Psychology will be different. In order to apply for PhD course in CIP, any of the following educational qualifications are necessary –

• M.A /M.Sc (Psychology)
• M.Phil in Medical & Social Psychology/ Clinical Psychology

Apart from this, candidates must attain 60% marks so as to apply for PhD course.

It is essential to complete M.A /M.Sc degree in Psychology to join for M.Phil course. 50% marks is necessary for M.Phil course in CIP.
