With an MBA you can surely go for CS course if you like. The very basic qualification needed to join a Company secretary course is to have a +2 pass. Company secretary is a professional course which will help you to enter in to a corporate world very easily. Nowadays, the requirement of good company secretaries are huge. With your present qualification, you are sure to get a good job if you have CS certification. But at first get all the information about the opportunities you can avail after a CS and match it with your career objective, and then only you must go for it. A Company secretary job includes organizing and co-coordinating department functions. The job responsibility also includes dealing with legal matters of the company, advice directors on statutory requirements and also looks after accounts, legal, human resources functions and many more.

Yes CAT is necessary for MBA but , you have no pressure to qualify the exams.
If you qualify it then best MBA colleges will be for you, but if you have appeared for CAT exam, then many colleges in India select the students on the basis of CAT score card.
You can take admission in most the colleges with the help of CAT score card.
IIM's will be there for you if you qualify the CAT which are best institutes for MBA in the world.
Other than that there are still few good colleges for MBA which take admissions on the basis of CAT scorecard like...XLRI,IMT,IMS,SYMBIOSIS etc.

Re: Is CAT necessary for MBA? How and when to apply and what is fee structure?

CAT stands for Common admission test.It is the most toughest management entrance examination
of our country and even one of the toughest examination in this world. The CAT score is taken
into account for admission in India's top B schools which are the Indian institute of management(IIM).
From this year onwards Indian Institutes of Technology (IITs) and the Indian Institute of Science (IISc)
will also grant admission in their MBA programmes based on CAT score. Other then this a lot of other A grade
B schools consider CAT score like MDI-Gurgaon,S. P. Jain Institute of Management and Research (SPJIMR)- Mumbai,
IMT-Ghaziabad,etc. So if you want to get in these top institutes you need to crack the CAT.
However there also other top institute like Xaviers and Symbiosis who have their own entrance examination
for MBA programmes which are XAT and SNAP in case of Xaviers and Symbiosis. So you can take these examinations.
But again XAT is not a easy one and is somewhat equivalent to CAT. Also you can give Management admission test(MAT).
MAT score is taken by 100's of A and B grade institutes of India for admission to their MBA programmes. Also MAT is
easy to crack as compared to CAT and MAT.The application procedure for all these exams start in the month of september,
and most of these exams are then held in the month od november, december, and january to grant admission in the coming
session. The fee structure is depending on the institute from where you pursue your course. But roughly you can take it
as 6 lacs to 10 lacs.

CAT(Common Aptitude test) is a entrance exam conducted all over the country for the purpose of selecting candidates for the purpose of giving admission in various management colleges of the country. All the good colleges of the country give admission to the candidates on the basis score obtained by them in these kind of exams(for example- MAT, CAT, etc). But there are many such colleges which give admission even if you have not appeared for such exams. But they are not classifieds as the good ones.If you scored very well in these exams, you may be able to fetch a seat in a top most management college. As far as the fees of filling the form is concerned, it is only ranges between 1000 to 2000 rupees. The exam is usually conducted in the month of May and October or November.

f you qualify it then best MBA colleges will be for you, but if you have appeared for CAT exam, then many colleges in India select the students on the basis of CAT score card.
You can take admission in most the colleges with the help of CAT score card.
IIM's will be there for you if you qualify the CAT which are best institutes for MBA in the world.MBA is the right choice if you have interest to start a new organisation or have the zeal to lead a team towards sucess .
so if you are really interested then let me tell you apart from cat there are many other entrance exams which you can write for MBA.
CAT is the common admission test for the reputed IIMs.
apart from IIMs there are other colleges also accepting these scores for their admissions so it is better if you first write CAT.
