Can I write IAS exam with medical subjects after MBBS?

ANS:Yes friend you can choose the medical subject for writing the IAS exam but it can be done only when you qualify the preliminary exam which is similar to all the candidates.
Variation in the candidates occurs only according to the optionals in the mains examination only.
As you are medical background student opt for ANTHROPOLOGY because the topics in this subject is rather easily understandable when compared to other medical subjects.

So, finally i confirm you that you can choose your medical stream subject for writing the IAS exam.
    Good luck for your future.
