Graduates can apply for the civil service exam. So with B.com qualification you are eligible to apply for the exam. With IPCC qualification alone you cannot apply for the civil service exam. You would need to first complete CA exam first. Maximum age limit to apply for this exam is 30 years. You can apply for the exam in 2013. Application for the same will be available only in November/December this year.
