    Hello Friend

No it is not possible to write your Civil's exam in your Mother Tongue " Telugu " .

Civil's exam is mainly Conducted in 3 rounds by UPSC ( Union Public Service Commission )

    1. Preliminary :

Consists of 2 papers and are objective type , the papers will be in bilingual ( English , Hindi ) except some type of questions which are in English only which test your English Comprehension skills.

    2. Main :

Consists of total 7 papers , which there will be one paper which you can choose your Mother Language " Telugu ".

The remaining papers will be in English language only.

So dude you must know compulsory English or Hindi to attempt Civil's exam , try for preparing English language as it is one of the important paper in Civil's Main exam to score marks.

Prepare know from itself as if you are poor in English.

You also have to write English Comprehensions , Essays in Main exam so dude prepare hard for Civil's exam as the competition is very high.

    3. Interview :

It is for those candidates who had qualified the Prelims and Main exams. The total marks you obtain in Main exam will determine your final Interview and selection.

    Hi,
Sure you can write Civils Exam in my Mother tongue Telugu.
The candidates are allowed to choose any of subjects which are part of the eighth schedule.
So you can choose telugu language if you are comfortable in the same.
You will need to attend the interview too in the same language. Make sure at the time of filling in the form you select the appropriate options.
But you will still need to appear for a paper in English. So you need to prepare for that.
The level of questions asked will be that of graduation.
You must check the past papers before beginning preparation.
