The age limitation for ST category candidates is 21-35 years.

You have exceeded the maximum allowed age so, you can't apply
    for UPSC Civil Services Examination.

You should try for other jobs which match your educational qualification.

Re: Can I write civil service exam at the age of 35 years being a ST female aspirant?

    No, you can't.
Because Indian Administrative Services (IAS) exam held by Union Public Services Commission (UPSC) has its own set age criterion for the aspirants.

The age criterion set by UPSC for the same is that a candidate has to be in the age of 21-30 years, if one is an open category candidate.

It also provides a specific years of relaxation to reserved categories.

OBC candidates can give the exam when they are in the age range of 21-33 years, as they have 3 years of relaxation.

Similarly, in your case, SC candidates are allowed to appear for the exam till they become 35 years of age, starting from 21 years.

As you have mentioned, you are on with your 36th year of age, you have crossed even the upper age limit provided after relaxation of 5 years.

Re: Can I write civil service exam at the age of 35 years being a ST female aspirant?

    FRIEND,

No you are not eligible to appear for the CIVIL SERVICES Exam at this age because you are now over age and you cannot appear for the exams.

All the SC/ST candidates can apply for the CIVIL SERVICES upto their last age because for them there is no limit on number of attempts.

And for them the upper age criteria is 35 years and when you will apply for it you will become 36 so you will not be eligible to apply for the exams.

Sorry for your Bad Luck but you can do well in your field in which you are working right now.

    GOOD LUCK.
