Dear brother,
NO,Its not possible to do engineering after completing Inter with Bipc Stream.
First of all you should know that Engineering will be done only through maths stream.
Be it MPC or through polytechinc.

If you want to go for a better stream through Bipc
1.Go for Medicine
2.Go for B.pharm
If you are not good at studies, then opt for degree courses
There you can do B.sc,B.com etc
Thats why the concern about your career should be taken before you entering into the Inter.
Its never too late.
Dont be panic about your career, even there are lot of oppurtunities for those who are not from engineering.
Though you can get good sounding salary packages by doing B.sc or B.pharm.

Yes you can opt both Biology and Mathematics subjects in 11th but for it you will have to work hard too much because both the subjects are very tough.Opting both subjects will boost more career options, you willbe having almost all career course options.
As you asked about the college/school that offers both the subjects in Hyderabad so dear friend it is not possible to tell, you can get to know from school on wards.Visit to few schools and ask them same question , if they will be having such options then surely they will let you know.
Once you will get enroll in both the subjects you will have to work hard a lotand you will have to give maximum time to yur studies.Well at this time start analyzing your interest for career course after completing tour 12th standard because of you will analyze after completing your 12th so you will be confused a lot so start analyzing your interest from now.
