I think to get admission in engineering it is necessary to clear Maths.Most of the engineering colleges do consider the PCM (Physics,Chemistry,Maths) combined percentage for admission and that includes the clearance of individual subjects as well.I think computer science is not needed but Maths and Chemistry would require as it is considered while calculating your combined percentage.

to join in regular course of engineering you need to complete your class 12th with mathematics,physics and chemistry subjects. with that marks you can apply for engineering admissions.
to apply for colleges all over India you can take up entrance exam AIEEE also some institutions like VIT IIT conduct entrance exams seperately too.

but if you need to join engineering without completing class 12th you can join in diploma with your 10th score and join in engineering 2nd year as lateral entry.
i would suggest you to do class 12th and join in engineering 1st year with your 12th physics chemistry mathematics marks

No,you can't admission in B.tech without clearing your PUC.Moreover if you want to join B.tech then you must have to complete your 12th with Physics,Chemistry,Maths with minimum 50% marks.Then you can apply for National level Engineering Entrance Tests such as IIT-JEE,AIEEE,after these tests you will be assigned colleges on the basis of your rank.The higher rank you will score,the better college you will get.You will get admission in B.tech first year on the basis of these tests.

If you don't want to join Engineering on the basis of 12th,you can join 3-year diploma course on the basis of your 10th marks.After completing your Diploma you will directly get admission to B.tech second year on the basis of LEET entrance test.

no it is not possible to take admission in engineering without clearing 2nd p.u.c . but if you need to join engineering then you take admission in diploma in the base of 10th result . you must clear 2nd p.u.c if you want to take admission in engineering because in engineering admission you can must show 10 +2 result. so you try for clear all backlogs in 10 +2.

No you cannot get admission in engineering without clearing your PUC because all engineering students wants all clear student because your combined percentage considered at admission time so you will clear in all subjects. Mathematics subject shall be clear for get admission in B tech so clear your supplies

Yes, you can take admission in engineering without doing +2(non-medical)
You will have to appear in Joint Entrance Test(JET) on the basis of your marks in 10h
JET is based on 10th and according to your JET rank you will get admission in diploma

After completing diploma you must have atleast 60% marks in diploma and should not have any backlog pending in diploma
After that you will have to appear in Lateral Entry Test(LEET) to take direct admission in B.tech second year.
LEEt is based on diploma and is a state level examination.

Sorry you can't get admission in engineering if you have 2nd puc is not clear.You can't get admission in engineering if you have one compartment or more because in engineering admission you must clear maths,computer science and other subjects because in engineering admission you must clear A.I.E.E.E test and if you can apply A.I.E.E.E test then your 2nd puc is must clear and your percentage is must above 60% then you can apply for engineering.The engineering merit list is based upon the A.I.E.E.E test and if you can apply for A.I.E.E.E test then you must clear 2nd puc otherwise you can admission in diploma on the basis of 10Th then you enter in engineering so if you get seat in engineering then you have clear 2nd puc.
