    In private sector, for a beginner the starting salary will be from Rs.15, 000 to Rs.18, 000 and for 2 to 3 years experienced professional it will range from Rs.18, 000 to Rs.30, 000 per month. A professional with 5 and more years experience can earn up to Rs.50, 000 per month.

    There are number of government organizations that recruit efficient BBA LLB + Company Secretaries. The remuneration for in government firms are higher compared to the private sectors. A fresher in this field can earn from Rs.20, 000 per month. It will increase according to their experience and skills. In addition to these they will also get perks and facilities.

    i have cumplete b.com from distance stdy. and have 1 year gap betweem study. can I apply for LLB?

    A student having completed can do LLB after B. Com. There is no such hard and fast rule that one should be an Arts student only to study LLB.

    Students from any background can take up this course. Generally LLB is of 4 year duration course with 1 year internship i.e total of five years.

    And it is not mandatory to do LLM after LLB, because experience after LLB is all that matters. Degree of LLM just enhances your career to upper level.

    ELIGIBILITY CRITERIA FOR ADVOCATE:-

    > The candidate should be a citizen of India. The other nation persons can also be an Advocate if they are citizen of India.

    > He/She should complete his/her 21 years.

    > The candidate should obtain a degree in law after undergoing a three years course of study in law from any university of India which is recognized for the purposes of the Advocates Act by the Bar Council of India.

    > The candidate should clear Bar Council of India exam. Thereafter, candidate should enroll himself/ herself in Bar Council of India.


    Then, The Council's Enrollment Committee will select the applicants according to their marks and academics.
