    Can I sit for the ICWA exam after completing B.A in English(H)?

    SIr,
    I finished my B.A. in English(H), after that can I sit in the exam of ICWA?

    YES YOU ARE ELIGIBLE FOR THE EXAM. The eligibility criteria for ICWA exam says that the candidate must have completed his/her +2 from a recognized board to be eligible for this foundation and certificate part-I course. and also the candidate must have dine graduation in any discipline or must pass the ICWA foundation program.

    Admission open through out the year.
    The exam is scheduled every June and DEC of every year.

    Friend,

    Yes you can sit for the ICWA courses.There are different courses for which you can apply according to your educational qualification.The different courses are:
    1. Foundation Course
    2. Intermediate Course
    3. Final course

    Examinations are held two times in a year one on 11th to 18th June and on 10th to 17th December.

    For June Term Examination apply before 05th December of previous year and for December Term Examination apply before 05th June.


    Foundation Course:

    Eligibility for Admission:

    a)A candidate must be of 17 years of age.
    (b)A candidate must have Passed Senior Secondary Examination under 10+2 scheme of a recognized Board

    The candidate waiting for the result can apply for provisional admission

    FEES:
    1. Cost of Prospectus - Rs. 200/-
    2. Postal Tuition Fee (including study material) - Rs. 3500/-
    3. Oral Coaching Fee (including study material) - Rs. 3500/-
    Documents to be enclosed with application form:

    1. Bank Draft ( as mentioned above)

    2. Attested Copy of Matriculation Certificate

    3. Attested copy of 10+2 Certificate or Marks Statement

    4. Three photographs attested and pasted on the form

    (Attestation should be by any member of ICWAI /ICAI/ /ICSI/Parliament/Stage Legislative Assembly or a Gazetted Officer or a Principal of a college)


    Intermediate Course:

    Eligibility for Admission:


    (a) A candidate must not be less than 18 years of age.

    (b)A candidate must have passed degree Examination of any recognised University or equivalent.

    The candidates waiting for the result can apply for provisional admission

    FEES:
    • Cost of Prospectus - Rs. 200/-
    • Postal Tuition Fee (including study material) - Rs. 7000/-
    • Oral Coaching Fee (including study material) - Rs. 11000/-


    Documents to be enclosed with application form:

    3. Attested copy of 10+2 Certificate or Marks Statement

    4. Attested copy of the degree

    The Institution of Cost & Works Accountants of India (ICWAI) control the economic activities of an organization.It trains people and make them experts in managing such economic activities.

    The minimum educational qualification that you need to write ICWA exam is a graduation in any degree from a recognised university.

    The course duration can vary from 2 to 5 years.
    The 4 Courses provided by ICWA are:

    1. Organization Theory and Behaviour
    2. Research Methodology and Statistical Analysis
    3. International Business Environment or Business Environment
    4. International Marketing Management or Marketing Management

    Yes you are eligible candidate to sit in the exam of ICWA.
    Because the criterion for ICWA Test candidate is :::

    You must have completed your 18 years of age
    You must have passed your graduation or you have completed the foundation course.Final year students are also eligible for the exam.


    And you have additional English as Hons. which will definitely help you for the competitive exams.

    Foundation

    Certificate in Accounting Technicians Part I

    Intermediate

    Certificate in Accounting Technicians Part II

    Course Fee: Rs 8600/-

    Eligibility Criteria:

    Candidate must have appeared/ appearing 10+2 level from the recognized board to be eligible for this foundation and certificate part I course.

    Candidate must have done graduation in any discipline or must pass the ICWAI foundation programme to be eligible for this course.

    Important Dates:

    Admission open: Throughout the year

    Date of Examination: June and December every year

    How to Apply:

    Prospectus can be obtained from sale counter for Rs 110/-by post or by sending DD in favour of ICWAI A/c CAT, New Delhi for Rs 110/-

    Yes you can join the ICWA course if the same interests you. You can join directly the intermediate level since you have completed your graduation. You can choose between the postal coaching and oral coaching. It will be advisable to join for the oral coaching especially since you are not from the commerce background. You will need specialised training to clear this exam. The postal coaching will cost you Rs 7000 whilst the oral coaching will cost you Rs 11000. You can visit the ICWA site to know further details on the course.

    Hi dear friend,
    After graduation there is so many option for you but you think about account is very good and this course is done by various institute like- ICWAI, ICAI, CIMA, and so on. There is regular and correspondence courses for doing this. This is good for the career as it make you able to earn lot of money as seen as lot in demand
    you can go in every field related to this because every company has account section.

    why not you can do that thing more option are avaliable here course is done by various institute like- ICWAI, ICAI, CIMA, and so on.
