    hello dear

no.you can't sit for Bank PO Exams after completing diploma with Civil trade.

diploma is equivalent to 12th. so you are not eligiable.

the eligibility criteria for Bank PO exam is

    >>Minimum Educational Qualifications:

The candidate must hold a degree of any of Universities incorporated by an Act of the Central or State Legislature in India or other educational institutions established by an Act of Parliament or declared to be deemed as a University Under Section 3 of the University Grants Commission Act, 1956, or possess an equivalent qualification.

    etc.

so if you do the degree engineering then only you will be eligiable for bank po.

Graduation is a must to appear for this exam. Those with equivalent or higher education too can appear for this exam. Also the candidate's age should be over 20 years. For some banks it is 21 years. A diploma course is considered equivalent to the 12th standard. So certainly you cannot appear for the PO exam. However you are eligible for the clerical post. This is provided the course pursued is from a recognised institute.
