    Hi friend,

You can do M.Tech after completing M.C.A.There are many universities which provides M.Tech.

M.Tech after M.C.A can be done, but direct M.Tech after BCA is not possible.

    All the best

    No you cannot.

The Following are the Eligibility criteria for M. Tech courses

    1) The candidate must have passed B.E or B. Tech with an aggregate of 60%.

    or
The candidate must have passed the Engineering course Approved by the Institute of Engineers A.M.I.E ( India ) with appropriate specialization

For Mtech degree, BE/Btech degree is required, BCA students are not eligible for this course.
But you need to do Mtech, you can do MCA, which is more beneficial for you.
You can apply after completing BCA for MCA, but you should get 60% in graduation ,also you should have studied maths in 12th.

after BCA you are not go for M.tech course because the eligibility for M Tech course is usually a BE/B Tech degree.
so after BCA you have to do MCA course and then you may go M.tech course.
