With this qualification, you can definitely attend IAS exam as graduation is the eligibility criterion required for this post. Higher age limit for UPSC exam is 30 years. All important details about current vacancies in government departments will be published in official site. The level of preparation should be good so as to attend this exam as this is a highly competitive examination which is held in the country. You have to prepare fully on the basis of the structure and pattern of the exam. You can refer model papers from UPSC sites and practice for the final exam. Try to write mock test which will help you to assess your performance level.
