Central Teacher Eligibility Test-
This CTET examination is conducted for the selection of the candidates in to the central schools and this examination is conducted by the CBSE board of education and the selected candidates in the CTET will be recruited in to the central schools.There are two kinds of selections through this CTET examination and the selections will be done for the posts of the primary school teachers and the higher class teachers..

There are also some of the eligibility criteria and the examinations pattern which are available for the selection of the candidates in to these central schools through this CTET examination.some of the qualifications needed are......
>>There are no age limits for this CTET examination
>>should have completed the 12th class or more then that for appearing to the primary class teachers selections
>>should have completed the bachelor degree or the under graduation course of study in any of the discipline or more then that study are also eligible for the CTET higher class teachers selections..
These are the qualifications which are necessary.......

The examination pattern will also be present for the CTET selections and the candidates who wants to appear for this CTET must follow this examination pattern.......

dear CTET (central teacher eligibility test) is going to be held for the third time you have to write this exam
in 18-11-2012.

you have to prepare the previous year model papers,

exam pattern
CTET is going to held for two group of teachers .

• class 1-5, IN THIS YOU HAVE TO APPEAR IN CTET paper-1,
• class 6-8,IN THIS YOU HAVE TO APPEAR IN CTET paper-2,

if you want to teach for the both of these groups than you have to appear in both group-1, and group-2,
application procedure:-
You can apply the application through the official website,
you can pay through debit/credit card, or demand draft in favor of the secretary ,central board of secondary education,
the fees is 500/- for the OBC category,
250/- for the sc/st.
structure and content of syllabus :-
(paper 1 and paper 2)
paper 1 for the classes 1 to 5 which is known as primary stage.

• 1.child development and pedagogy 30 questions.
• a)child development-15 questions,
• 2.language1 carries 30 questions.
• a)language comprehension
• 3.language -2 is 30 questions.
• a)comprehension,
• 4.mathematics 30 questions,
• 5. environmental studies 30 question,

paper-2( fro class 6 to 8) elementary stage :30 questions

• 1.child development and pedagogy 15 questions,
• 2.language1.30 question,
• a)language comprehension 15 questions.
• 3.language -2 30 questions
• a) comprehension 15 question.
• pattern of examination.

the CTET exam will be in objective type multiple questions, and there will be no negative marking.
