Yes off course , you can appear for CPT(Common Proficiency Test) after completing graduation either in online or in offline mode. A candidate can appear for this exam in any mode
according to his or her own preference as well as comfort. You can also fill the form online for the same and the payment for the registration amount can be done through any of the
    computer payment mechanisms.
The amount which is required to be submitted with the institute for this exam is around 6000 rupees(earlier it was 3500 rupees which was increased by the institute later on).So, if you
are filling the form through offline mode, then you can make a draft in the favour of the institute of Chartered Accountants of India(may be through a different name as different names
are assigned by the institute to different regions) and can attach it manually with the form and then can submit both of them -either by going to the institute(whose main branch is located
in New Delhi) or by sending it through post.

The procedure to become a Chartered Accountant can be summarized as follows:-
1)Firstly you have to clear an entrance exam called CPT(Common Proficiency Test). The exam is an objective test of 200 marks consisting of 200 questions. One mark is allotted to each
question. The exam consists of four sections- each of 50 marks each. The subjects which are required to be studied includes- fundamentals of accountancy, economics, merchantile law
    and quantitative aptitude.

2)The intermediate level is IPCC(Integrated Professional Competence Course) which can be appeared only after qualifying the initial stage. The exam consists of seven papers- each of
100 marks. The subjects which are required to be studied includes- information technology, accountancy, law, taxation, cost accounting, audit, strategic management, etc.The exam is divide
into two groups- first group( consisting of four papers) and second group(consisting of three papers). The registration amount ranges between 10000 to 11000 rupees depending on whether
you want to register for accounting technician or not.

3)The third and the final exam which can be appeared only after qualifying the first two is CA final exam. But before that you have to complete three years of article ship training under
a Chartered Accountant practicing in India. The registration amount for this stage is around 10000 rupees which is to be deposited only after qualifying the previous stage.
