    Can I prepare for bank exams after scoring 69% in IA and 55% marks in BA(Eng) Hons?

    Sir , i am I.A. With 69% marks and B.A. ENGLISH (Hons) with 55% marks . Can i prepare for banking exams ?

    Yes you can appear in the bank exam . There are two position's form comes in market
    1- for clerk
    2- Probationary officer

    The exam pattern for the bank exam is - This is for CLerk Post , you need to go for a written test
    in this exam there are objective type of question from 5 subjects-

    1- Maths
    2- english
    3- General awarness
    4- Reasoning
    5- computer

    Here total marks are 250 and you need to get 40% marks overall for qualified.

    you did not mention that from which category you belongs. Because if you belongs to General category so you are not eligible but if you belongs to SC OR ST OR OBC so you can go for this exam.
    A Common Written Examination (CWE) will be conducted by the Institute of Banking Personnel Selection (IBPS) for selection of candidates for
    Clerical cadre posts in the Public Sector Banks. There is under the 19 banks like

    Educational qualification:

    (1) you should be pass with 60% marks in 10th Class. and SC /ST should be just pass.

    (2) You should be qualified with 50% marks in Intermediate (10+2)

    (3 You )Must Degree in any discipline from a University or any equivalent.

    Age condition: The minimum age limit is 18 years and maximum 28 years required in IBPS
