Sorry to say that girls are not applicable for NDA exam.

NDA stand for National Defence Service Exam.This exam is conduct twice time in a year.

NDA Examination is conducted in 3 wings:

• Indian Air Force
• Indian Navy
• Indian Army

If you have completed 12th standard from recognized board with science department you are applicable for NDA exam.Commerce student are applicable for only Indian Army branch.

But your age should be in between 16.5 to 19 years.

Your age now in 18 years old so in the time of NDA exam , your age should be over 19 years.

So in that stage you are not applicable for NDA exam.Better option for you to try for NDA II exam in 2012.

Because in this time your age should be below 19 years old.

Only unmarried male candidate are applicable for NDA exam.You must have citizenship of India.

Selection procedure for NDA exam

• Written test
• Interview
• Medical

Dear friend ,

NDA stands for national defense academy and comes under civil services exam .

This exam is conducted by UPSC two times in a year .

This exam has three sectors which are mentioned below :-

Indian Army ,

Indian Navy ,

Indian Air Force

I am sorry to say that you are not eligible for NDA exams being a girl .

to be eligible for this exam you must be a unmarried male .

you should have done your 12th with science to join all the sectors otherwise you can join only Indian army .

your age must be not below the 16.5 years also must not exceed 19 years .

Girls are not allowed for NDA examination .

Only Male candidates are eligible to apply for NDA examination.

NDA stands for National Defense Accademy and UPSC every year two times conduct the NDA examination.

Educational qualification :
the candidates must have completed class 12th study from a recognized board.

National defense Accademy has following wings :
Indian Army
Indian Airforce
Indian Navy.

If you are interested to join Defense accademy than you can apply for CDS examination.

For CDS (combined Defense Services ) examination both are eligible i.e. Male and female.

Age limit for NDA examination :
16.5 years to 19 years.


For CDS examination you must have complete graduation .
